When someone has the the advantage in whatever certain act or action they are either doing or performing and they give it up and then take it in the ass and lose. This is generally known as the FUCK UP.

When one man gently takes his penis out of his pants and then inserts it into another person's asshole. The person who is getting the penis inserted into him or her must be shitting at the same time of insertion. The penis then becomes covered in shit and has a nice chocolate coating on it.
