Cynsie

A girl who doesn’t have a printer and who never saves your phone number in her phone no matter how long you’ve been friends. The only way to get a Cynsie to finally save your number is to text her as someone else (it can be anyone because she doesn’t have your number saved, remember?) and mess with her for about six months. Even though she’ll mess with you back, she’ll probably end up in tears as she scares easily. She’s a good sport, though, so you’ll still be friends after all is said and done. A Cynsie will usually have bronchitis.

1.
Not Charlie: Hey can I use your printer?
Cynsie: Sorry who is this? I don’t recognize your number.

Still not Charlie: It’s Charlie Abernathy. Can I use your printer or what?
Cynsie: I have a fax machine. Will that work?

2.
Cynsie: I have bronchitis.

used sacastically at the driver of a lowered vehicle.
Used as a form of playfull insult towards a car that the user envies for its lowered ride height.
Also read as - your car should be lower you fool

At a car event or cruise a drunken bystander will yell out
