The act of explaining and interpreting the words of the President who "says what he means" to an opposer.

Trump: "Mexico will pay for The Wall!"

Trumpsplaining: "you see Trump is gonna indirectly make Mexico pay for it by building The Wall now and charging them later somehow. Build that wall!"
