A hooka that is used by Israelis or Jewish-Americans in Brooklyn, New York. It also refers to the hooka smoking lifestyle of many young Jewish people.
Me and Avi went to the Jewka Bar on Coney Island and played Israeli card games while hairy middle-aged men beat at the table and screamed at each other in Arabic.

A game commonly played using five new tampons and one used one. The Tampons are then placed back in their respective applicators, shaken about in a hat (or bag) and dealt to six people. One at a time, each person withdraws a tampon. At the count of three, all of the players open their applicators and pour its contents directly into their mouths.
Craig: We played Tampon Roulette last night
Tom: How was it?
Craig: Great! I actually won this time!!! Dina was super pissed.
