Using the COVID-19 virus as an excuse to not see people, when the real reason is that they simply don't like them.
Some people are not permitting grandparents and grandchildren to see each other after months of quarantine, COVIDcing them that is "for their own good," when the reality is that they just don't like their in-laws.
People that cannot accept that masks are no longer required for air travel.
While most passengers celebrated the end of the mandatory mask mandate on airplanes, the maskronuts freaked out!

I saw somebody maskerbating in their car with the windows up, and a COVID-19 mask strapped tightly onto their face.

Protesters committing criminal acts while wearing a surgical mask, claiming it was for health reasons, when it was actually to conceal their faces so they could not be identified.
As the mask-a-raiders were looting the store and starting fires, they claimed their masks were to prevent the spread of COVID-19, when the truth was that they were actually worn to conceal their identity from the security cameras.
