slipknot

Basically an overrated band which consists of nine (Yes, NINE) people. Sounding too much like Sepultura instrumentally and god knows what vocally they can only find fans through selling out by wearing masks and jumpsuits(Which look prety silly). Their style is Nu-metal (Or as 'Maggots' ((Or as I call them 'Faggots'))call Alternative Metal.) They call their fans Maggots which real people might call Faggots. I would agree that their drummer is good but everything else is just bleh. Their singer is also in a band called Stone Sour which I kinda like but I still detest Slipknot. They have a Turntablist in a band which is pointless. Their guitar parts are repetitive and their bass is just incoherant. Lately they have decided to put in solos into some of their songs but they still sound like a cat being choked by a vaccum cleaner.
fans of this band always try to get me to listen to them but I have heard them and I really dont find the music any good.
