A portmanteau of "fake" and "transsexual", faketrans are people without gender dysphoria including trenders(people who transition because they think its cool), AGPs(men who derive sexual pleasure from looking like a woman), and AAPs(women who derive sexual pleasure from looking like a man).
The opposite of faketrans is trutrans.
The 40 year old rapehons you see in the "it's maam" videos are agp faketrans who get off on the idea of wearing hypersexualized female clothing in public despite making no effort to pass.

To be trutrans, a person must have gender dysphoria. It is even better when the dysphoria is diagnosed by a health professional.
The opposite of trutrans is faketrans.

A ropefuel is something(often a picture) that makes you want to rope(hang yourself). It is often used in trans spaces to mean pictures of attractive and passing trans people that make you want to kill yourself. These pictures can lead to extreme jealousy and depression as the viewer realizes the people in them will mog them forever.
Stop posting pictures of Azelf, it's ropefuel for me!
