Ñ is a hispanic meme often used in social media to bug out english speakers, Ñ being known to not be in the english dictionary.

This can be used to either express hatred or annoyance towards people critizicing the Spanish language.
If its used for no apparent reason then its a hint for you that you shouldn't be here.
