What you call your homie after he had your back and helped you fix something bad you have caused or inflicted on someone, something, or even yourself
Examples: Bad grades, Drug addiction, Bullying someone, and etc.

You: Hey dude, thanks for helping me with my grades and being my nigga napkin
Friend: No problem, I'm proud to be your nigga napkin
