Sketchy

If someone or something is weak, and unstable and doesn't really know what is going on or is dodgy in its manufacturing.

To a person: "Uhhhhh....you're some sketchy brare, go and dap some other joke".

To a object: "That camera is well sketchy, give it to the bin".
