Haters of Blacks. Satirical, abreviated term commonly used to refer to those who don't like people of colour. This term is commonly used in Auckland, and you may see "HOB" tagged on walls etc. by people who are parodying "wannabe gangstas" who strive to be "ruthless" or "famous".
