Used when replying to a previous statement that is either 1)irrelevant, 2)unintelligible or 3)pointless.

1) following a conversation that had revolved around riced out cars, Jim adds:
"Does anyone else think that corn dogs looks like rats having sex?"

Jim after smoking weed:

"I woke up, or was I already awake? It doesn't matter because THE CAT WAS STILL sleeping!!! ISN'T that odd?
