Uber Virgin describes someone who is a beyond just a regular virgin. Usually their based on their lack of sexual intercourse experience.
An Uber Virgin is someone who has not only never had sex but also has never done other things sexually is a romantic or sexual relationship such as anal or oral or any non-penetrative sex, rubbing touching, cuddled/caressed, kissing, or even much less hugging or holding hands.
