A male going with out underware. Youth culture slang. In this term dick has a double meaning as dick is a slang term for getting "nothing" dirived from a slang business term for loosing in a transaction - "getting screwed" - I got dick from them. Dick also refers to the obvious - allowing your pennis dick to hang free.
