Caribiner

A person that shows care or concerned about bear wiener. May refer to a person with legitimate reason to be concerned with male bear sexual health, such as wildlife officials or vetrenatian staff, or to a person with more unnatural concern or interest in male bear genitals.

That park ranger is such a caribiner.
