Pull an Alamo

To "Pull an Alamo"(Verb):

When you are knowingly either militarily, stratigically, or simply going against anything that is greater than you or the resources you have at your disposal and you decide to hold your ground and fight regardless.

Soldier: "We are completely surrounded and are outnumbered five to one!"

Commander: "We can't get to you, looks like your going to have to pull an Alamo!"
