An annoying dickhead who nobody likes. Also refers to someone who is tight as a ducks arse when it comes to money. Campbells are also likely to be rubbish at everything they do.

Example 1: Hey, look at that guy over there in that piece of shit suzuki, he's such a Campbell.

Example 2: I bought that guy a pint and he never bought me one back, what a Campbell!!!!!
