Brunchausen syndrome (factitious disorder imposed on others) is when someone tries to ensure attention and sympathy from loved ones by helping them gain weight, thinking their obese appearance will not draw affectionate attention from others. Inducing weight gain by constant feeding via buffet or brunch.
Suffering from Brunchausen Syndrome, she takes him to brunch daily, hoping the buffet will fatten him; he cannot possibly leave her in such a poor condition.
The afternoon timeframe beginning specifically at at noon trough the duration of the afternoon. Attention to the time is relative to noon vs anytime in the afternoon. Consideration of other times is acceptable, but should first acknowledge noon. "Noon-on" establishes a relative degree of protocol to planning time, beyond simply afternoon, early afternoon, or late afternoon. See examples below:
