Someone who does things differently and by differently I mean in a borderline autistic manner. Even though they look normal they are not, from strange social interaction to not being able to drink even moderate quantities of alcohol, a wafter will make you question whether a sharp blade or piece of rope is the best way to end your night early. Common behavior involves fumbling the bag. Also associated with wafty, and waftiness

Has extreme behavioural problems, rages a lot especially in Pubg and fortnite. Described as greasey by many. Stinks of actual shite.
