Uwu is an expression of solidarity among the white people. Similar to how black people have a fist raised in the air to show black unity. Uwu is an expression meaning Ultimate White Unity, which shows that you support the White people.

A straight white man was being verbally assaulted for his race. In solidarity those around him began chanting.
