An acronym that stands for Bitching, Moaning, and Whining. It is synonymous to the constant complaining and nagging about situations not in one's control that a superior has to tolerate in order to maintain good leadership.

Jenn says, "Everyone is waiting for you to start the meeting."

Irene says, "Let the BMW session start, we are in for a bumpy long ride to hell."

Both laugh condescendingly.
