This word basically is used to call someone a piece of shit. People usually call people Ass Wipes when they are a pain in the ass, or a sociopath.

Person 1: “Your such an Ass Wipe”

Person 2: “Wtf did I do?”

Person 1: “Nothing, I just think your a piece of shit.”
