When you shove a chocolate bar so far up your ass that it can't be pulled it out. You proceed to pour hot water in, wait for it to melt and start sticking to your inner rectum. You then bend over and squeeze it out into a cup and sell it to somebody as chocolate milk and watch them drink it.
