A man who dresses femininely often, and does a great job of tricking other men into thinking that he is a woman. This word stems from the original word 'trap', which is a man who attempts to lure other men by dressing as a woman.
Mike: Did you see Robert? He's so hot today that he lured me in. Geez, what a trap.
John: He surely is a Trap Queen.
