A lend is boarding school slang for a person who continually sucks up to their superiors, typically teachers or senior pupils. May be used as a noun (a lend) or as a verb (lending).

A word derived from the Hindi expression for "Father", or "Daddy". Used colloquially as term for someone seen as an absolute boss, or someone who has mastered a certain skill. They usually have very high aucat.
