Dirt turtle

A brewery-term for the employee lowest on the totem-pole. Typically in-charge of doing the jobs no one else wants to do.

We need to clean kegs, scrub the floors, and keg-off beer till the brite tank is empty. Go tell the Dirt Turtle to do it.
