A mixture of the words “cock” and “nuts” used as a name-calling device in speech. Usually means the person you’re talking about has been very mean recently or is a very mean person, OR, they have been acting dumb.

Plural-
Dayu-“did you see what that group of students did to Jordan? What a group of cocklenuts.”
