A term short for fantabulous, often used by the ditzy blonde type while flipping their hand to add emphasis and/or show off their new manicure.

Girl 1: "Have you seen Lindsey's new purse???"

Girl 2: "Like, duh! I totally was shopping with her when she found it. It's, like, totally fantab,, right?
