May also refer to a small area full of the infected.
Person 1: I need to go down to Houston to get something.
Person 2: I wouldn't chance it in the Coronadome if I were you.
Someone who comes from the small East Texas town of Nacogdoches but is trashy. Nac Rats get drunk and start stuff, they never really leave, and they're low class.
Guy 1: Did you see that guy? He's so hillbilly.
Guy 2: Don't mind him, he's a Nac Rat. It's what they do.
