Refering to doing it big, or being the first and last at the party or just doing something to draw attention to ones self in a loud way.

Cody: I was at a party when this drunk ass guy just shotguned three beers in a row and then managed to yell out, GET IT LOUD!!, before he threw up everything.

Tim: Oh, get it loud!!
