When Joshua is your boyfriend, he will properly court you and take you on fancy dates. He'll plan ahead and communicate that he wants you. He gives you his time. In this sense, he is a true man. He is empathetic, OBSESSED with jazz music, and handsome. He will never leave you hurting - he will work things out with you and resolve things to the bitter end. The downfall is all of his lies. He will be dishonest, SO dishonest to the point that you question every single thing he's ever told you. All of his constant lies make you wonder if who he portrayed himself to be and his image is who he really was. It makes you question his motives, and calls into question whether his reason for breaking up with you is truly the real reason. At the end of the day, although he may disrespect you and make up stories about you behind his back to make himself look better, one thing's for sure, he won't be mean to you. Another downfall is that Joshua takes a lot of different girls out on dates, and may try to cover this up. He's not a dick. A truly patient gentleman, but the truth will always be messy.
Wow, that guy bought you all those flowers just because of a small disagreement? A true Joshua.
You found out that he was lying about MORE things?! Even after he promised he was being honest and you explained to him how much it hurt you the first 1000 times? Again?! That's fucked up.. Joshua hasn't changed. That's not good for marriage. I knew it all along... something was off about him.
