Loose Noose

A very loose asshole. Can easily be recognized when some one cannot hold it in or farts all the time.
Could also be someone who takes very frequently from the back.

Kevin has a very stinky loose noose. Once, he couldn't hold it in and had to take a dump in his trailer

He got his loose noose from when his wife wears a strap-on.
