When someone is overly obsessed about a product and proceeds to inform everyone about it multiple times. Can be used in positive and negative manners

Person A: “Wow that pizza was amazing. I cant believe how good it was. I wish you knew how good this pizza was.”

Person B: “Okay, calm down. You’re culvering right now.”
