L.B.T stands for Let’s Breakdown Together. A group of two people or more both feel overwhelmed by emotions and just breakdown together. Which can be used as a way of saying ‘we both feel sad so let’s cry it out together’.

Often seen as funny the first few times but boys tend to think up more come backs after a lot of use. Such as ya nana or ya sister.
