cbt extreme is the act of a male (usually a beta orbiter white-knight that buys $30 bath water from ethots) getting their reproductive organs whipped and beaten by a dominant women to the point where having babies is no longer possible. This is not usually pleasurable and only done to try and appeal to the person they just donated $15000 to on patreon.
