Pejorative term to describe indigenous-related peoples, especially those that commonly eat fry bread or sopapillas. Particularly refers to the Native Americans and Hispanic people from around Arizona and New Mexico, but also can refer to those in South Dakota.
This term is similar to beaner or rice eater, as a reference to a staple food being used to describe an ethnic group. It is also similar to the incorrect usage of the term Mexican to describe indigenous-related peoples of the Southwest US.
That restaurant is a puffy native place.
A reference to a song by Parliament-Funkadelic leader George Clinton. Which in turn was referenced in the 1997 children's film Good Burger. Sometimes the phrase is mistaken to be a sexual reference, but it is not. It instead references combo meals at fast food restaurants. The phrase is a male asking a woman to go on a date. So instead of just being a solo shake, a reference to feminine hips, he's asking as a hearty spud himself if they can be a combo. Due to the joke's fast food theme, it implies that the male is asking to take her out to lunch.
Dude: Would you like some fries with that shake?
Dudette: Sure, but only if you take me out for a good burger.
