Plonka can be spelt in many different ways but this is the way I would spell it. This word is usually used by British people and is like the word Pillock it means dumb or stupid. If you go to England and go to the right places you might hear people say it.

Commonly used by Roadmen in Britain, big man is a term used to tell someone that they are acting bigger than they actually are.
Sometimes you may hear people saying âbig man tingâ in that sense it wouldnât be used to imply someone isnât actually a big man but instead is implying that the person saying âitâs a big man tingâ is actually a big manâ
Big man means someone who is most likely the leader of the gang.
