A hybrid term between Chuck Norris and Chuck Testa the taxidermist, it was initially used with no actual sense to mean a greasy truck, but turned into a long ass version of saying nope. Sometimes abbreviated as TT or "double T"

With the balls actually having nothing to do with it, but initially thought by others to have been the use of the balls to produce the magical sound ball clankin creates.
