Typical problem with people you just can't get rid off. They think you're their friend, while in fact you despise him/her. Can strangely enough occur over a longer period of time.

The reason is most likely that the person who is FBF with you is socially retarded.

(A) - Haha, what's up with your new friend?
(B) - Ahhh, i can't seem get him off my back. He's my FBF
