A chaotic person; someone who knows no limits and will do anything for an audience.

Eg: a dream stan

Person 1: Hey did you see him yelling about his bacon pastry in a public place? So many people were staring at him!
Person 2: Yeah, they’re such a Moss.
Moss: MMMMMMMM THIS IS THE BEST THING THEY SELL HERE
