A term to describe something that is upsetting, exciting, annoying, or basically any other descriptive word.

Also can be shorted to the letters "SB" for same effect.

"My grandpa was put on hospice this morning, talk about Sick bitch"
"I got called into work two hours early, Sick bitch."
"I just went shopping and bought the new Michael Kors purse, Sick bitch."
