The term used usually by radical feminists when something whistles up their jollies and they need to make sure everybody knows it.

Mike:Hey did you see Cindy over there throwing a temper tantrum because Billy told her to make him a sandwich?
Jim: Yea man, she was blabbering on about being triggered or something.
