Noggin

Noggin is slang for the head. Can also be used to describe an act of oral sex.

Todd: Hey Tim, is your mother going to be home tonight?

Tim: Why yes she will be. Why do you ask?

Todd: I thought about going over there tonight and ask her to give me some noggin.

Tim: That's not cool bro.
