No Nut November

No Nut November (NNN) is the challenge of not ejaculating or masturbating over the course of 4 weeks. You may however, engage in sexual intercourse or sexual outercourse throughout this time with your girlfriend or boyfriend.

Most people reach a few days but only some reach one month.

NNN was created for single men on the internet to have something to do with their life hence why if you have a girlfriend or boyfriend you can engage in sex with them.
