n. a person or place that has the appearance of high class, but upon inspection is low quality, low energy, disgusting and trashy.

The lobby looked so nice, but the rooms were dirty and filled with fleas, it was a real trump dump.
He never paid me for my work. He's a real trump dump of a person.
