A language put together with often confusingly compiled words to make a short phrase. Resembles something coming from the mouth of a Tourette ridden individual, or one with one or multiple compounding mental handicaps, or fuckin retartednes.

I don't know what that guy just said," litty titty". I'm not sure if he is retarted or using that Pat Language.
