Somebody who is self-centred, loves themselves or believes that the world revolves around them.

Person A: “Wow, Kade is suuuuch a narcissistic weirdo! He’s a loser compared to me!”
Person B: “And now, we have a narcissist calling a narcissist a narcissist.”
