A person who defies medical professional advice to avoid contracting the COVID-19 virus. Ignoring recommendations such as sheltering-in-place, social distancing or wearing a face mask, thus contributing to the surge in the number of Coronavirus cases.

Me and the other surgers are taking our AR-15's down to the courthouse to protest our God-given right to eat at Cracker Barrel.
