PG-13 Pander

When a movie that has mature source material or had previous movies meant for mature audiences by having an "R" rating. To then be dumbed down to a "PG-13" rating in order to pander to a larger audience of teens and tweens, while excluding the actual audience of fans that want the movie to be rated as its source material or previous movie ratings intended. This move is solely used to make a mature property more profitable as a movie, but usually does the opposite since they lost their actual audience's wallets trying to create their own intended audience.

" I cant believe they made super evil spider clowns 2 PG-13 even though the previous one rated R. I'm sick of the PG-13 Pander."
