Lulu

An Oogle or Housey, someone who squats and hangs out with street kids because they think it's fun, not because they have to. A Lulu usually has a house to go back to when it gets too cold.

Billy: Is Kevin going to squat here tonight?
Jack: Hell no! He's going to his friend's house.
Billy: What a Lulu!
